While La Kasa dabbles with a range of electronic musical styles, its revellers don’t seem entirely at ease with high tempo forms of the genre.
As a result, you will typically encounter plenty of futuristic looking people mingling on the dance floor, but not much actual dancing; even if on the odd occasion the beat moves up a gear or two towards full blown techno. Indeed, after a few hours, you may begin to wonder what to do with yourself.
Perhaps, that's why La Kasa used to be connected via tunnels to two neighbouring nightclubs, namely; Babylon and El Cuerpo, before it posed a security risk back in the days of gangsters and gun fights.
For now, the only genuine security risk is consuming far too many fancy cocktails and not being able to pay the bill. |
