Diógenes is a small, dark yet not unfriendly salsa bar. Emphasis being on the word ‘bar’, as there is little space or enough volume in the music to permit actual dancing. Not that you would want to dance. This is the sort of place you might fantasise about planning a heist or finalising a dodgy deal, while taking another swig of rum or puffing on your cigar.As a result, it’s also quite romantic. That is, if you like low-key venues. |
